DISPOSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS – Every university-educated person should have:
Wellness (2 – 3 hours; optional (General Education Elective); may be required by programs). Courses must meet this learning outcome: Students should be able to analyze wellness information to understand how personal behaviors and various factors influence overall well-being.
Assessed as:
- Describe the importance and interconnection of the various dimensions of wellness
- Evaluate credible wellness information
- Explain how various external factors influence personal behaviors and well-being
- Apply wellness concepts to articulate informed decisions that support personal well-being
