International Study Abroad

The University of Nebraska at Kearney offers nearly 700 different programs of study in over fifty countries around the globe.

UNK students are eligible to participate in year-long, semester-based, or short-term programs during the academic year, summer months, J-Term, or during specific UNK break periods.

The goal of these programs is to offer UNK students an opportunity to gain international knowledge, develop intercultural competency skills, grow personally and professionally, and meet new people from around the globe. Approved credit hours earned will be recorded at UNK as a part of the student's regular transcript. Financial aid can also be applied toward most UNK study abroad programs.

More information about opportunities for international study can be found at www.unk.edu/studyabroad/ or by contacting the Study Abroad Advisor at unkstudyabroad@unk.edu.
