Program Information and Admission Requirements
Admission to degree work is contingent on:
- Evaluation of the candidate's undergraduate transcript.
- Applicants are to submit a one (1) page personal statement as to why they would like to pursue a Master's in Health Education.
Graduation Requirements
In addition to their coursework, students must successfully complete a comprehensive examination/project prior to graduation or may choose to complete a Thesis. Students must also complete a graduate exit survey during the semester of graduation. More information can be obtained from the Graduate Program Chair, Dr. JP Rech, rechjp@unk.edu.
The Masters in Health Education is offered fully online only. This program requires 30 credit hours for completion. This program is a collaboration between UNK and UNO campuses.
All students are required to complete an exit survey during the semester of graduation or program completion.
